CountrySide Property Group COVID 19 – Communication to Property Management Clients

The information below is relating to COVID-19 restrictions and our plans surrounding them in NSW. This information applies whilst our LGA’s are in lockdown only, once lockdowns are lifted, we will return to business as per usual.

CountrySide Property Group is a remote based business and our database/server is all internet based. As we are already set up to do this, nothing in this respect will change from our day to day business operations.

Our intention is to keep running as per usual, rent collected and all our landlords paid. Should anything change that may impact our clients, we will notify you immediately.

See the below information for landlords and tenants:



Your rent payments:
It is our expectations that you continue to pay your rent as per normal, if your payment is going to be late, please let our office know straight away. If you are struggling to make your rent payments due to a decrease of employment because of COVID-19, please contact our office straight away.


Maintenance Requests:
If the NSW Government puts the state in lockdown once more, depending on the level of restrictions enforced, the only repairs that will be actioned by our trades will be urgent/emergency repairs. We will however still make landlords & tradespeople aware of the non-urgent repairs to be carried out when the restrictions are lifted.

During the lockdown period, there will be no inspection conducted, however, we do ask that if your inspection is due, you take a photo of each room, front yard & backyard, and send these to our office at, our office will contact you if you have an inspection due.



Rental Payments:
Payments made by tenants for rent and water, will continue to be paid to you as per your normal payment schedule.  If there is going to be a delay in the payment our office will advise you.


Vacant Properties:
If the NSW Government reduces our ability to interact with potential tenants, they will still be able to view the property on all websites, as well conduct a virtual tour before applying for the property. They will be able to view the property after any isolation periods are completed, before signing a lease and moving into the property.


Only urgent/emergency repairs will be attending to during a lockdown period, however you will still be made aware of any repairs that the tenant advises our office of.


Property Inspections:
Should your property be due for a routine inspection during a lockdown period, we will be In contact with the tenant to ask for photos of each and every room of the property, as well as the front & back yards etc, to be sent through to our office.


Please note: the above will only come into place should the NSW Government put in new lockdown and restrictions .
